Yes, absolutely. Virtual PT is just as effective for most injuries and conditions. Many argue it's better as unlike a clinic where you are often sharing time and mainly work with an aid or PTA, with virtual PT, you get my full attention, personalized guidance, and real-time feedback without having to travel to a clinic and only work with me a licensed DPT (Doctor of Physical THerapy)
Just your phone, tablet, or computer with a camera and internet. I’ll guide you through everything, and most of the time, we’ll use basic household items or simple equipment when it comes to the exercises and workouts I will provide. I can also cater all workouts to the equipment you have available.
I work outside of insurance so you get full transparency and no surprise bills. You’ll know the cost upfront, and many of my clients use their out-of-network benefits for reimbursement.
